These were my first attempts at drawing the human body. It took a great deal of focused practice to learn the techniques and basic skills needed for figure studies. I found that drawing humans was one of the most challenging things I have ever learned. This course, in my first year of university, really helped improve my figure study and understanding of the foundations of life-drawing.
